This tutorial shows how I make Bubbles in Photoshop. It was kind of a tricky thing to figure out, so I figured someoen else might benefit from seeing how I did it :)
My tuturial uses PS7, but the steps should be applicable to pretty much any version of PS, including CS/CS2.
Unfortunately it's a little bit cumbersome to repeat if you want to make lots of bubbles, but I'm not too good with Actions/Macros so maybe someone else can tell me how to streamline it / make it a one-click repeatable method.
Obviously, requires you view it in Full screen. for easiest viewing, save it and open it in photoshop :)

Very nice tutorial. I used it on one of my pictures and it worked very nicely. Thanks for making it.
